Dark Rye Bread
The dough is allowed to rise with natural yeast, and the bread is baked in a wood-fired hearths: every loaf is individually hand made by a baker.
This bread is considered a symbol of Latvian folk. It is unique in both appearance and taste. It is simply made from coarse ground rye flour. Through centuries, ancient traditions have been preserved to the present, and in our bakery these traditions are being lovingly continued. It is possible to purchase 1kg, 2kg, and 4kg loaves.

Sweet and sour bread
Commonly consumed in Riga as long ago as the 18th century. Specifics: sweet-sour taste, softer and spongier than dark rye bread. A wonderful delight for admirers of a classic bread.
